Calculate Your Age
How It Works
Exact Years, Months & Days
The calculator counts complete calendar months and remaining days between your birthday and the reference date — not just a decimal year.
Total Days Lived
Your total days alive is the simple difference between your birth date and today, including all leap years.
Next Birthday Countdown
The calculator finds your next upcoming birthday and shows the exact number of days until it arrives.
UK Life Milestones
Key UK dates including State Pension age (67), driving licence renewal (70), and centenary are calculated from your exact birth date.
